1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of BFdle ("BFdle", "we", "us" or "the Website"), a free, fan-made collection of daily Blox Fruits puzzle games. By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Website.

2. Eligibility

The Website is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). By using the Website, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If you are a minor in your jurisdiction, you should use the Website only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Website lawfully and not to misuse it. 4. Intellectual Property

BFdle is an unofficial fan project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation or Gamer Robot Inc. All Blox Fruits names, images, characters, items and related assets are the property of Gamer Robot Inc., Roblox Corporation and their respective owners, and are used here for reference in a free, non-commercial fan project. We claim no ownership over any of these third-party assets.

The Website's own original materials, including its code, layout, design, text and the original presentation of its puzzles, belong to us or our licensors. Except for using the Website as permitted by these Terms, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from these materials without our prior written permission.

5. Rights Holders and Takedown Requests

We respect intellectual property rights. If you are a rights holder, or are authorised to act on behalf of one, and you believe that content on the Website infringes your rights, please contact us at contact@bfdle.com with details of the content and your rights. We will review all such requests and respond promptly, and we will remove or amend infringing content where appropriate.

6. Game Progress and Data

Your game progress, streaks, statistics and preferences are stored only locally in your own browser. They are not backed up by us. Clearing your browser data, switching browsers or using a different device will reset them, and we cannot recover lost progress or streaks. How we handle information is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Advertising

The Website is free and may be supported by advertisements provided by third-party advertising partners. We do not control, endorse, or take responsibility for the content of these advertisements or for the products, services or data practices of any advertiser. Your dealings with advertisers are solely between you and the advertiser.

The Website may contain links to third-party websites or resources that we do not own or control. We provide these links for convenience only and are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of any third-party site. Because the Website is provided free of charge, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Website and these Terms shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. This section does not exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BFdle and its operators from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your misuse of the Website or your breach of these Terms or of any applicable law.

12. Termination

We may suspend, restrict or terminate your access to the Website at any time, without notice, if we reasonably believe that you have breached these Terms or that your use of the Website may harm the Website or other users. We may also modify, suspend or discontinue the Website, or any part of it, at any time. The sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

13. Changes to the Terms and the Website

We may update these Terms or change the Website and its games at any time. When we update these Terms, we will revise the "Last updated" date shown at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Website after changes are posted means that you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or to the Website are governed by the laws of the European Union and, where applicable, by the laws of the member state in which the operator of BFdle is established, without regard to conflict of law principles. This does not deprive you of the protection afforded by mandatory consumer protection laws of the country in which you reside.
